Pooja Rajaji is a Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia, working in the Energy, Environment, and Climate Change sector on the Direct Benefit Transfers for Electricity project in Andhra Pradesh.

Prior to joining J-PAL, she worked at Accenture Strategy & Consulting within the Data & AI practice, where she focused on analytics-driven problem solving for clients in the Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) and High-Tech sectors.

She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Madras School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stella Maris College, Chennai. Her research interests span behavioural, energy, and gender economics.
