Kavya Tandon

Kavya Tandon is a Senior Research Associate currently based out of Bhopal where she independently manages the Madhya Pradesh Police Women Constables Project and the Partnership with the Police Department. Her work focuses on issues at the intersection of crime, violence, and gender, with a particular interest in how institutional reforms can shape outcomes for women.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi.
