Keesler Welch is a Senior Research Associate at J-PAL Global at MIT. Keesler assists in the development of research content, fine tuning J-PAL's existing resources, and manages and administers the American Economic Association's (AEA) randomized controlled trial (RCT) registry. Keesler also provides support for J-PAL's Research Transparency and Reproducibility Initiative. Prior to joining J-PAL, she received her MA in International Development from The New School in New York, and conducted fieldwork in Kathmandu, Nepal during her studies. Keesler brings several years of programmatic and research experience to J-PAL from working alongside WaterAid America and The Foundation Center.
