Webinar Informativo: Matching Workshop 2026
Organized through the Lemann Collaborative, the 2026 Matching Workshop is a two-day convening that will take place at the University of Zurich on September 2–3, 2026. The event, led by J-PAL, is designed to connect Brazilian reform entrepreneurs — leaders within governments, NGOs, foundations, and other organizations driving social change — with leading Brazilian and international researchers to discuss concrete policy and implementation challenges, explore evidence-informed solutions, and foster long-term collaborations between academia and practice.
J-PAL Latin America and the Caribbean invites interested reform entrepreneurs to an informational webinar on June 10 to learn more about the Workshop and how to apply through an open call. During the webinar, participants will learn more about the workshop structure, thematic areas, selection criteria, and financial support available for selected participants. The session will also introduce J-PAL’s work connecting research and policymaking and present examples of how similar collaborations have helped governments and organizations strengthen social programs and address real-world policy challenges. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions about the workshop and application process.
