Our affiliated professors are based at over 120 universities and conduct randomized evaluations around the world to design, evaluate, and improve programs and policies aimed at reducing poverty. They set their own research agendas, raise funds to support their evaluations, and work with J-PAL staff on research, policy outreach, and training.
Senior Project Associate, J-PAL South Asia
Vaseem Ahmed has been a part of J-pal South Asia since 2008. He started working as a Field Monitor and worked his way up to being a Senior Project Associate. Currently Vaseem is working in Bihar for the Satat Jeevikoparjan Yojana (SJY) project.
Vaseem has a Master's degree from the Garhwal University Srinagar Uttranchal.
