Emily Blagg
Senior Policy Associate, J-PAL Global
Emily Blagg is a Senior Policy Associate at J-PAL Global, where she works on the Health Sector. In this role, she writes policy publications, helps develop research partnerships, and promotes evidence-informed policymaking.
Prior to joining J-PAL in 2022, Emily worked at the U.S. Agency for International Development on population and reproductive health topics. She has also worked at Booz Allen Hamilton supporting various domestic and global health projects with the Department of Defense.
Emily holds a master's degree in public health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a bachelor of arts in anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis.
