Regina Satagaj Orrock

Regina Satagaj Orrock is the Senior Human Resources Manager at J-PAL Global. In this role, she manages a broad range of Human Resource activities. In collaboration with the leadership team, she leads employee relations, recruitment, retention, and performance management efforts. Before joining J-PAL, Regina worked as the Compensation and Benefits Analyst at the Boston Symphony Orchestra. She was responsible for developing, implementing, and administrating the Boston Symphony Orchestra’s benefit plans. She also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Associate. 

Regina holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University, a graduate certificate in Human Resource Management from Northeastern University, and a SHRM-CP certification.
