Ridhi Soni

Ridhi Soni is a Senior Research Associate currently working on the Improving Opioid Deaddiction project in Punjab. Her focus is on reshaping the belief systems of school children regarding opioid use through innovative edutainment video content. 

Prior to joining J-PAL, Ridhi worked as a legislative assistant with a member of parliament. She also interned at UNDP, India where she worked on a multidimensional poverty research study. 

Ridhi’s academic background includes a master's degree in public policy from the Graduate School of Public Policy, University of Tokyo and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
