Flavy Sen Sharma

Research Manager, J-PAL South Asia

Flavy Sen Sharma is a Research Manager at J-PAL South Asia where she has been working on research projects that test ways to increase citizens' access to public services in urban and rural India.

Before joining J-PAL, she was an intern with Chatham House in London where she contributed to research on meeting the energy needs of refugees with renewable energy. Flavy has also supported research projects on sustainable development and public policy at organizations like the Rockefeller Foundation in Bangkok and ICRIER in New Delhi.

Flavy holds an MSc in global politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a bachelor of arts degree in history from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
