Radhanjali is a Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia currently working on a pilot under the CaTCH initiative in Gujarat. The project seeks to understand the impacts of incentives on the performance of Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs) and health outcomes in the state of Gujarat.
Before joining J-PAL, Radhanjali worked with the Director of Research (Economics) at the University of Exeter on a project to inform policy-relevant value judgements and normative estimates. As part of her degree, she has also completed a placement year working in the financial services at UBS Asset Management.
Radhanjali holds a first-class BSc degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Exeter.
