Raymond Guiteras is an assistant professor in the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at North Carolina State University. His research interests include the benefits of sanitation programs, the willingness to pay for clean water, and the impact of climate change on flood patterns. Most of his work has focused on South Asia and Africa. He received his PhD in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
