Karen Macours is a professor at the Paris School of Economics and researcher at INRA. Her current research focuses on conditional cash transfer programs, early childhood development, rural poverty, and agriculture.
Karen earned her PhD from the University of California, Berkeley and is a Co-Chair of J-PAL's Health sector.
